Andy Bellemere
Prior to the opening of Drew's Diesel Repair in 2016, Andy spent the first 12 years of his career mastering everything from small engine repair, to rebuilding trucks from the frame up. Starting early on in high school, his experience in small engine repair paved the way for him to be the service manager for a local motorcycle super-store, laying the groundwork for what was to come. Over the course of a decade working as a diesel and automotive technician, Andy quickly discovered the biggest challenge in this line of work is ACCURATELY diagnosing. Andy also holds nearly every ASE certification, expanding his knowledge into a realm of not just hands-on experience, but the hard facts written by engineers for technicians. Having this edge not only benefits himself but the technicians in the shop are brought up to speed with the industry's latest information, maximizing customer satisfaction. With customer satisfaction being the number one goal, he has set standards not only in the shop but in the industry by exercising his knowledge of some of the most complicated operating equipment to hit the streets. His industry know-how and awareness lets him understand that these aren't just big diesel trucks, but the customers' lively hood. Getting these trucks back to the customer with the correct diagnosis not only saves the customer money but ensures that the job is done right and on time. When Andy isn't at the Repair Facility, you can find him at the lake with his Wife and four kids or exploring the backcountry on his off-road machines.
Courtney Bellemere
Courtney has been with Drew's Diesel since the beginning. While she isn't one to be out in the shop getting her hands dirty, she does just about everything else. She stays busy doing everything behind the scenes as well as keeping the guys in line, making sure they eat, and the bills are paid. When Courtney isn't at work, she enjoys spending time with her family at the lake, glamping, and watching her 4 kids in their extracurricular activities.
