Outstanding Experience! I drive a 2022 Ram 2500 with 154,000 miles, using it primarily for business. Long story short, the turbo actuator code popped up in late November, and the dealership had my truck for a week. Just a week after getting it back, the DEF system code appeared in early December. I took it to Drew's on January 13, and their team quickly identified that the truck needed a software update, unlike the dealership, which insisted on replacing the entire DEF system despite the service bulletin. A new issue arose when I discovered that Ram had failed to install diesel particulate sensors on several thousand Rams. The most frustrating part is that my truck was at the dealership for recall service in late November, and only 3 out of 4 recalls were completed. I Overall, the service at Drew's was quick, outstanding, and communication was excellent. My experience with two different Ram dealerships within 30 days apart highlights the stark difference in service quality. This Marine appreciates integrity and dependability.
