Let me tell you about Drew's!! Even though they hit me with that invoice (OUCH!! Why do you have to do me so dirty?!) Lol! They kept me informed about my vehicle. That's important to me. Even if something is on back order it's kind to make a phone call/text/email to the customer advising them of your setback. Communication is key! The employees were polite & we got a free hat!! BTW my husband wears all the time, but we appreciate what ya'll do!! I'm sure we'll be back bc it's a Ford. Let's be real🤣
