We were out of town and had trouble with our 2001 Dodge 5.9L Cummins. The local dealer couldn't fix it so we took a chance on Drew's and I'm glad we did. They diagnosed the problem, advised us, and repaired it. They also diagnosed and repaired a problem with the ABS that our own dealer in Benton, Arkansas couldn't fix. I am very pleased with the service I received at Drew's.

Amazing customer service from start to finish. I was also very impressed with the quick turnaround. These guys have a very impressive facility and still manage to have prices that are more than fair. I like knowing I’m getting what I pay for and here I don’t feel thats something you have to question.

Drew's is very easy to work with. I did the drop box because of my work hours. Prior to working on my truck they called me to go over the issues with my truck. Later that day they explained the issues they found and admitted there is something they could not fix and I would have to take it to the dealership, which appreciated. They had pricing on fixing my truck and a day that it would be done. They had my truck done on the day they said they would and actually under budget. Very clean shop and I will be going back if I have any vehicle issues in the future.
