I was extremely satisfied. After getting the run-around from my normal shop, DDS came in to save the day. Accurate diagnosis over the phone, I got the truck back sooner than expected, and cheaper than he quoted. I even got to hang out and BS for awhile. They've earned my referral and my future business. i busted ass to buy my dream truck and it's very hard to let anyone work on my truck because it's my life and pride. I blew a head gasket and a buddy said Andy would fix it up right. So I gave him a chance. Just a good ole family man doing what he knows to support the ones he loves. and will go the extra mile to make sure everything is right before you leave his shop. The people he surrounds himself with (his crew) want nothing but the best for the customer and trucks. All of them have a passion for diesel trucks it's not just a job to them. It's been several months sense my truck was fixed and to this day everytime I see him he ask how my truck is running and if I've had any other problems. Just few days ago clutch master cylinder went out. And he fixed it up and also found a power steering leak I had. Had truck returned in few days and better than ever. No one else will ever touch my truck.

Since 2008 I have been driving a small regular cab Ford Ranger and never had a problem with it until one morning it left me stranded at 530 in the morning. Luckily I had a business card of Andy's and caught him on his way to work. He towed me through town and up to his shop and had my truck fixed before I could get warmed up. He even had the courtesy to replace the battery in my key fob. I have never had a problem with my truck since, and will never go to another shop for repairs. I will be coming back, and I will be bringing my Mothers vehicle in for service when it is due. The level of trust involved is second to none.

I had my 2008 6.4 Powerstroke that had quite a few electrical issues (ABS light was on, Check Brake System light was on, the fuel gauge didn't work, speedometer didn't work, back up sensors didn't work, and my A/C didn't work). They had my truck 1 day and had it all figured out, they kept it a day extra to make sure everything kept working as it should (and it did). They also kept me well informed through out all of the maintenance progress without charging an arm and a leg for their high quality service. They even offer a military discount, America! Andy saved us a lot of money and fixed our airconditioner in the car when the heat was.so hot.a few.weeks.ago especially since we are.disabled.good man
